In the early 1900's cars were hard to control(no electric steering),used leaded gas, and were made from cheap parts(some companies) Todays cars have electric steering, high grade materials, and use safe unleaded gas.

No not in any sense. Serbia is mostly Orthodox Christian country while Turkey is Islam country. Turkey ruled over most part of todays Balkan for 300-400 years and there are some cultural similarities.

Compared to todays modern brake systems they will feel hard. Also depends on if they are power brakes or not. Some cars of that era did not have power brakes and they were very hard to push.
Plane is more comfortable compared to cars, : if u talk about Bentley and rolls Roy then, these r much better then travelling in a plane ! :)
