Hydro Electricity is a big one because the area is like a large saucer tipped toward Hudson Bay and has more than 5 watersheds pouring into it.

But the largest resource is nature. This is one of the last areas on the planet that is not populated like most. If you get to travel out there you can be a hundred kilometers from another person. That is very difficult on a planet with 7.1 Billion people.
