rights are god given things that noone but god could take away which this definition was establish in the US with the bill of rights declaration of independance ect. Duties are things that you should do because its the right thing to do and it part of what you've taken in life being repaid for example. war country protects you but its your duty to pay taxes so they war doesnt kill you. see?
