There is no code. Each Playstation Network card has a unique one time 12 digit code for adding funds to a Playstation Wallet. This is actual money that is not free. When the cards are issued they contain 3 groups of 4 alpha numeric digits that must be entered to redeem the card. If you happen to stumble across a valid number and add the money to your wallet you will be quickly caught when the purchaser of the card finds that the code has been used. They will call customer service for Sony and Sony will identify the PSN account that redeemed the card. There are also sites that export people into doing work in an attempt to earn PSN cards that are also involved and linked to phishing and other scam sites
Download it by going to Rock Band 2 on the Game Marketplace and find it. You will need Microsoft Points or PSN Points to download.

No, only PSN cards with dollar amounts on, can be redeemed on the US PSN.
The codes come on paid-for PSN cards, available from places like GAME or GameStop.
yes they if you run out of money
PSN only accept Credit Card or Debit Card that belongs to the region in which the PSN account was created. If you have a US PSN account then you can use only US credit or debit card. This is because PSN does some background check called Address verification Check which is basically Sony checking with your card issuing bank about the address, if the address is from a different region then you will not be able to use that card for that account.Other alternative is to use PSN cards. If you are from a different region and you use a different region PSN account then the best option is to buy a PSN card online.More detail on this can be found at : http://invisibleknight.blogspot.com/2013/04/psn-cards-playstation-network-cards-how.html
Unfortunately, there is no real psn generator. The only way that I've been able to get free psn cards is through this link: http://www.prizerebel.com/index.php?r=3628259. It'll take about an hour to earn enough points for a $10 card if you're interested, and is the only legit site i've found.

No, a Japanese PSN account can only be funded with a Japanese PSN card, one with a yen amount on it.
