During the episode Journey (Season 1, Episode 22), Quinn gives birth to her baby girl. Because Quinn decides not to keep the baby, she puts it up for adoption. Shelby (The coach of Vocal Adrenaline and Rachel Berry's biological mom), who has always wanted to have a baby girl of her own to keep, adopts the baby. Shelby names the baby Beth because of Pucks previous statements.
Currently, she's still in Glee club, her and Puck don't know what to do, and she gave up the baby.
