I believe Dorothy was the only killer in the movie. Logically, looking at the end, the theme was that when people are traumatized they often hold that anger in for most of their lives. Just before the final scenes, Kate and Dorothy got into it about how Dorothy was fat and not accepted when she was younger, and then she disappears off screen. I believe Dorothy held in that anger of not being accepted for a long time, and snapped, at the people who didn't accept her. When Campbell gets told to light the pilot light, who told him to do it? Dorothy was warned about his intention of stealing her father's wealth, so she ends it. I believe Dorothy was trying to blame Jeremy for the murders, the same way she blamed him at the beginning of the movie. This is my opinion.

My Bloody Vaentine, is rated 18+ and uppppp
Sorry I don't have the exact answer, but I don't think he was previously introduced in the film, and I was too tired to rewind or watch again. I believe he was meant to be completely anonymous, except for the way the first girl (the stripper) was killed. They found bruises of hot coins all over her body that I assume the killer made. He must have seen the boys in her grade throwing the hot coins at her, which led me to believe he was a school faculty member. I think it was one of many loose ends in the movie.
Its Marley and Me And too long

It's pleasant down that way, too was the second thing that the Scarecrow said to Dorothy Gale in the beloved 1939 film version of 'The Wizard of Oz'. The first thing was 'That way is a very nice way'. Certainly [I spoke], how do you do?was the second thing that the Scarecrow said to Dorothy in the original 1900 book edition of 'The Wizard of Oz'. The first thing was 'Good day'.

The total number of murders committed on Valentine's Day is too nebulous to count, but the most famous killing on Valentine's Day is the mob conflict in 1920s Chicago now dubbed the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, when seven mobsters were killed.
