Yes, definitely the Turks and Caicos should become part of Canada. After all we are doing more good than bad (and I can't think of any bad ones) for the people down there. If we are to welcome the islands, we are virtually helping to raise the standards of living down there, investments and traffic would increase, and trade with other countries is more convenient. It is a good idea because we get to help people down there.
