I would go with a NO, PS2 converters dont work that well n/e way and i dont see it happen, sorry
The PS2 controller is better when would you want to play with a controller that was not as good
To register your Sixaxis/DualShock 3 PlayStation 3 controller with your PlayStation 3 system after it has been used with another system, simply connect it to the PS3 with a USB cable and press the PS button on the controller to sync it. Your controller will now work again.
The PlayStation 3 wireless controller will still work even if it isn't charging when connected via the USB cable. It will not delay the charging time at all to use the controller while it is charging using the charging cable and should be fully charged within 2 hours for the Dual Shock 3 controller. If the controller will not take charge, it will eventually stop working .
To reset a PS3 controller to a different PS3 connect the controller to the PS3 you want to connect it to with a charge cable. Press the PS button and wait for it to connect to the new console. After it connects your controller will now work with the new PS3.
No, the controller ports are different on the two consoles. You will have to buy a new controller.
do you have a ps3 controller that doesnt work on certain games i dont think so and if you do you need to switch to xbox 360, so yes it should
You have to get the Xbox 360 (PC) controller which is still the same price of an Xbox 360 (360) controller.
No,a PS2 controller will not work on your PC.
Yes, that is determined by the ports on your motherboard. Once you have a card that will work then you will go into the BIOS and disable the on-board graphics
No i dont think so the ps2 pads have analogs but ps1 pads dont so im not sure you couldtry
No, The Original Controller and the 360 one have different ports, so you cannot Use Original Xbox Hardware For 360
Yes,If your turntable says on the bottom :for ps2 and ps3" like mine does it should work. But i dont have a ps3 to test for you.

if you are talking USB ports on a tower, try the back side of the tower. on a laptop.... i dont know.
A Playstation controller will never work as good as a PS2 controller and you need to just buy a PS2 used controller for a few bucks
A Xbox 360 controller will not work with a PS3 and vice versa.
