After that go to oreburgh city. Go to the cave that takes you to hearthome city ,go up use SURF . If you beat the gym 7 leader you will be abul to use rock climb. Use rock climb in the cave.Then go up the stairs. After that if you have DEFOG and you can use it out of play use it, then run away from any pokemon,don't battleand if you see a pokeball don't get it.Then keep on going . then you go up but remember don't get the poke ball unless you want to battle pokemon.
