S/He is in charge of instructing the crew in moving everything around the set, which includes the setting up of cutters, 4 by 4 solids, all the mechanical apparatus needed for shooting on set, dolly track, etc. The Key Grip is the boss over all the other grips.
A best boy is the first assistant (male or female) to either the key grip or the gaffer. That is, he or she helps get a set ready for filming by moving items into place or helping with the lighting setup. Your suppose to get the key and at the end of the key you stick it to the hubcap and try pushing force to it and then try pulling it back and try your hardest to get a good grip on the hubcap too, after you think you have a good grip on it try to pull back not slowly but then not that fast either and then if it doesnt budge then keep trying the same technic over and over until you remove the hubcap!!(:
