Tokyo Mew Mew comes to mind, simply because the leader is a neko, but not the rest of their group. This is good for girls and little kids. There's also one called Loveless, but it is slightly yaoi and Yuri, so if you don't like it avoid it. Then there's a Horror-like one called Cat Eyed Boy. It's rated older teen in the American version, but it's childish at some points that younger audiences would like. If you like demons, and not always having a happy ending, then you will possibly like this one. Finally there's Free Collared Kingdom, where the characters actually are cats but appear as cat boys and girls to each other. It's pretty light hearted for the first two volumes, but gets more serious in the last one.
