*Sigh* I hope you aren't referring to Sakura being useless.. Anyway, In episodes 20-27 (Shippuden/Kazekage Retrieval Arc), she kills Sasori of the Akatsuki with the help of Lady Chiyo. In a filler episode, I think it was Shippuden 66-67, Sakura kills Fuen. And I can't even keep track of how many times Sakura has healed her comrades.

Sasuke tells Naruto that the 2 of them WILL have their fight, and there are only 2 possible outcomes: Either Naruto kills Sasuke, or Sasuke kills Naruto. Naruto laughs and says " No, Sasuke. karin doesn't get killed. Winner-kun's grandfather was going to until Karin Maaka turned full on vampire, expecting to kill him but failed when usui kenta gave himself to karin, allowing her to relieve herself. winner-kun's grandfather then atempt to kill karin with a knife, but winded up cutting her shirt instead
