There is a variety of French called "Chti". "Ch'ti" is the abbreviation of "Chtimi" a word formed along a deformation of a French word ("Ch'est mi", local pronounciation of "c'est moi", meaning "it's me").
It is not really a dialect, but only a regional variation of accent with some (very few) different words. The "Chti" patois is spoken in France's Northernest tip, near Belgium. There is no clear border for that variation.
In Northern France the pronounciation has been more marked by Germanic languages and less by Latin.
The movie "bienvenue chez les Ch'ti" is one of the biggest hits on the French box-office, drawing on the patois and other prejudices as seen by the rest of the French.
