The following procedure may vary, depending on if you have Dish Network or DirecTv. Connect one or two tuners to the "satallite in" on your DVR. Two is necessary in order to record two shows at once. Then, if you are working with standard definition, connect a yellow composite cable as well as two RCA audio cables to the TV and DVR. If you are working with High Definition, connect a set of component cables (blue, green, red) as well as two RCA audio cables to the DVR and TV. Also, you can connect an HDMI cable to the TV and DVR, which allows for HD video and audio to your tv with one cable. For more info on these cables and what they do, go into your local electronics store. Hope this helps and good luck!
No any good 20$ cable will work fine, but just go buy a Sony cable from Walmart.

ABC Family is on basic cable and has many shows that are good for families. Shows on ABC Family can also be watched online.
Hook up the jumper cables in this order: (1,2,3,4) (1) One end of positive cable to positive post of GOOD battery (2) Opposite end of positive cable to positive post of DEAD/LOW battery of disabled vehicle (3) One end of negative cable to negative post of GOOD battery (4) Opposite end of negative cable to GROUND on disabled vehicle (a good ground is preferred over the negative post, however, the cable can also be hooked to the the battery post). To remove the jumper cables after starting, reverse the order (4,3,2,1)
find out your wep key enter it into the wep key area choose manually connect to internet. should be good to go
Depends on how you connect. Is the computer wireless? Is there a cable running from the computer to the back of the modem? If it is wireless and slow then move the computer closer to the modem. If it is wired and slow then it might be your network card is throttling the speed.
You do not need to switch to anything. You have to have internet connection (usually a modem), connect your wireless router to your modem (you need to know DNS servers of the internet provider) using the lan cable which usually comes with the router. And you are good to go.
Get a USB Direct Connect Cable, it is a USB cable that has a special crossover and more to it. This makes the USB cable act like an old NULL Modem cable from the early days. You then plug it into the USB ports on each computer install the software drivers and then set up file sharing and whatever else it has you do to make it network and your good to go.Do Not use a regular USB cable, you will fry things...
You need a wireless modem but you also need the internet connection. You should call your cable company for some options. Comcast cable lets you rent the modem from them if you have service already. New customers often get good deals at most cable companies.
I would reboot the modem and the router. If that did not work, I would reinstall the router and then look for updates. Then I would reset the modem.
I wifi modem is a modem that connects to you internet service provide (usually cable could be fiber or DSL) which also and has wifi capabilities. If you phrased the question properly this is both a modem and router in one unit. You can connect multiple PCs to wifi routers/modem. You can also have setups of wired computers and wireless pcs all sharing a router, provided it has enough ports. When you say homeline I am a bit confused, does this mean multiple pcs or multiple inputs from ISP into router. I have never seen a modem that has multiple cable/telephone inputs. I would think the benefit you are looking for here would be to increase your bandwidth. If you need more bandwith you need to contact your ISP and change to a different package. If you just want to run multiple pcs using one modem/wifi router, your good to go. If you run into setup problems (ideally its Plug and Play) call your ISP and they will walk you through it.
There are a plethora of reasons: First make sure your PC and cable modem are powered up. Try turning off your PC and cable modem, wait a couple of minutes, power the modem back up then the PC. If that doesn't work... Call tech assist at your ISP, they will first check to see if you have a good connection to the modem and that their modem is working properly (if it's them, you may be trying to fix something that isn't even broke on your end). If the connection and modem are good they will help you troubleshoot the problem. Typically it is a pain to call them, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
If you mean how you update it then its easy, as soon as you go online pressing wifi then it will automatically update from wii shop. After update is finished, your wii's black ops is officially updated! Gratz! Have a good play.
First , you just connect to the ethernet on your modem. Then connect your pc to the LAN on the router. Then you are good to go. If you have a disk with it , Then you must install with that disk
Best Buy would probably be your best choice for finding a cheap cable modem. You can also try CompUSA. If you can wait a week or so, look on ebay. You can usually finsd a good deal on electronic items.
$50-60 on newegg, see related link.Alternatively you can lease one from the cable provider, or it may be included in the broadband subscription.
