Fruits Basket doesn't come on tv anymore, they canceled it, but it used to be on the Funimation channel. Funimation is 262 for Verizon Fios, but its different for other companies. You can watch it English dubbed in parts on youtube, or buy it on itunes :) (also, the manga is a WHOLE lot better, so you should read that:) )
