Well it's India Ink....so no. I answer this question more often than I would like, but to address it again, India Ink is too watery of a consistency to push into the skin and not have it look like it was obviously home done with a prison "gun". Since it of a thin consistency, you have to constantly go over the same lines to make sure that there will be enough built up to where you can see what it is supposed to be, and since it is watery, a lot of it gets pushed out of the skin during the healing. Any of the ink that manages to stay in the skin will look either dull black or even somewhat bluish color wise, which cements the fact that it is a home done tattoo performed with inferior supplies. You can get real tattoo ink off of the internet for fairly cheap and you will have a tattoo that looks somewhat well done as opposed to one that looks like it was done in a bedroom with an RC motor scotch taped to a spoon handle.

To thicken India ink a person can use a little bit of talcum powder. India ink that is to be used for a tattoo should not be thickened using this method. This method is only to be used for fabric and other printing.
If you mean India ink, the answer is no. India ink in made with carbon black and is not inherently waterproof. It must be made waterproof the same way other inks are made waterproof, by the addition of certain chemicals and compounds.

Technically yes, but how do you know it is true India ink...Many inks used for drafting and such have 'fast dryers' in them to cause the ink to dry without blotting...These 'fast dryers' are know to have abrasive chemicals in them that do not set well in the skin without reactions.... Also many less than honest vendors will label a permanent ink as India ink just because it is somewhat permanent....And, if you see a colored ink set that is labeled 'India' ink, it is a sham and a lie....Black is the only shade of real India ink...Hope this helps..
You should not use Indian ink or sepia ink or any other form of drawing ink for a tattoo. Tattoo pigments are made to be used for just that, tattooing. Any reputable tattooist will use QUALITY ink for a tattoo. If you're tattooing at home, take apart your machines, put them in a plastic Ziploc bag and go get an apprenticeship and stop spreading disease.
Every good tattoo shop will keep that a secret, so i assume Miami ink will do the same.
I wouldn't recommend using Indian ink. Tattoo ink is FDA approve for use in the skin. You can buy this from many companies who sell tattoo supplies. I would recommend that you do this. It would be much safer for you. The ink comes in different sized bottles. If you are tattooing just yourself, just purchase the smallest bottle available. But I really would not recommend using either printer ink or Indian ink. You may get a infection or worse. You can look up these companies on the internet. You could use a needle and Indian ink, you would have to use fast, sharp poking motions so that the ink will go into the skin, it all depends on your pain tolerance and if you can do this to yourself :)
No, tattoo ink isn't flammable.
If a tattoo fades fast, generally it means the tattoo artist didnt apply the ink deep enough (epidermis layer or 2.2mm). It can also happen when not using good quality tattoo ink.
No. Learn how to shade the real way
Well first off I would never recommend using a homemade tattoo machine. That is so ghetto and unsafe. If you are interested in Tattooing I would recommend a professional Tattoo set. If you are wanting to buy a set I have many extras so just email me and I can give you a price and advice. As far as the ink goes I would recommend moms, eternal, or precision Tattoo ink from Tuscon, AZ. They do sell ink from there website. The main tattoo artist is Dennis dwyer
Dunno about paint.. but you can use 'Indian ink' and a normal sewing needle. I dunno how many people woke-up with tattoo's after passing out drunk where I live. Local politicions tried banning Indian ink in our town because so many people were waking up with face tattoo's... but I just buy it now on Ebay..
maybe that is possible and not possible it could be either one it depends
