If you are flying to or from a Canadian destination, you will find that Air Canada usuallly provides the most frequent service.

Planes are newish compared to other North American airlines. All Air Canada planes have personal entertainment TVs (note: excludes Jazz, the regional airlines) and seat pitch in Economy class that is as good as any other airline.

First class travelers will be a bit disappointed compared to Asian and European offerings.

AC has lost my luggage a bit too frequently, but maybe it's just me.

Their frequent flier program is geared towards frequency as opposed to heavy business class travel
