Please let me tell you that trhe constition of india give the right to education and also the right to spread education to one and all. Like wise these institutions are spreading education therfore they cannot be barred constituionally. Also let me tell you that the ugc and the ncte came much after the consitution of india so it is but natural that their validity does hold ground. Also let it be clear that do all the ncte ugc recognised insitutions have the qulaity that thier recognition norms claim for? Therefore in india at least let it be nade clear that if the insitution is not blacklisted it does have a legal and an authentic status and there it is automatically recognised by law..
