No, not at all. I mean, it's the same as they both have teenagers trying to do things and take down the people who made them do what they are doing, but it is different. In the Maze Runner, they try to get out of the maze by using strategy and trying to figure out a way. It is also against the rules to hurt someone on purpose. In The Hunger Games, they fight each other to death to try to survive. It is a little bit the same, but overall, not really.
