Lapland is not exactly a country, although e.g. the Sámi people in Finnish Lapland do have their own flag as well as own national day. Lapland is spread between Norway, Sweden, Finland and Russia, and each of the areas do have their own forms of Sámi language i.e. it is not easy to understand other Sámi languages although there are some words that are common in all of the Sámi languages. Also, Sámi languages are not readily taught in e.g. Finnish schools, so a mainstream Finn such as myself do not understand any of the Sámi languages readily.
Finland and Norway are both connected to Sweden on the east resp. west side.
The Baltic Sea, the northern part of which is called the Gulf of Bothnia.
I will answer both your questions. The capitol is the building in Washington DC (or any state capital) where the Congress and Senate meet. It has a big dome. You've seen it on TV. Finland is a Scandinavian Country which borders Russia , Sweden and Norway. (The Capital of Finland is Helsinki)
Norway to the West, Finland to the East (both with long land borders) and Denmark to the South (joined by a bridge over a long sea strait)

No, Finland is Northeast of Denmark (but you have to pass through Sweden or cross the Baltic Sea - or both) to get from Denmark to Finland.
Norway and Finland share a border, so your question makes little sense. However, there is a country which borders both of those two, Sweden, and its capital is Stockholm.
Both Sweden and Finland
There are several small bodies of water between Sweden and Russia. They are all connected, but have different names. The Gulf of Bothnia separates Sweden and Finland- it is located to the east of Sweden. To get to Russia from there, you must travel through the Gulf of Finland- you will land in St. Petersburg. Both of these gulfs are smaller bodies of water contained in the Baltic Sea.
Finland has been a part of both Russia and Sweden before it became independent on the 6th of December 1917.
Sweden and Finland are both peninsulas that extend into the Baltic Sea. Other countries that are bordered by this body of water is Estonia, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia.
The Scandinavian Highlands (Scandes) are located in both Sweden & Norway. Highest point in Sweden is Kebenekajse (2,104 m - 6,903 ft) and in Norway it is Galdhøpiggen (2469 metres -8100 ft),

London is in England which is part of the UK. London and Sweden are both in Europe.
