No Pearl Is Better because palkia and dialga are the same put palkia has 1 bar more speed. Also because dialga has roar of time palkia has spaial rend roar of time does more damage but spacial rend does over half of roar of time and roar of time has to recharge
On the box of Diamond you see Dialga and on the box of Pearl you see Palkia
Now Dialga is better than Palkia in my opinion
If you like Dialga get Diamond and if you like Palkia get Pearl

Perhaps they think Dialga is better than Palkia, or they like the Pokemon that are exclusive to Diamond better than the ones that are exclusive to Pearl.
