Well, he never has feelings for Tohru in the Fruits Basket anime, I mean he does, but not in that way. In episode 26, it gets a bit dramatic, and he hugs her a stuff, but he never loves her like that. No one ever ends up together in the anime. But in the manga they do. The first few volumes drawings aren't that good, but later on in the manga, its said that Natsuki Takaya hurt her hand, and after she got a whole lot better and all the characters started looking really good :) The anime only goes up to manga volume 6, but some stuff throughout volume 8 was put into the anime. But what happens in episode 26 happens in volume 6. Kyo tells his feelings to Tohru in volume 22 I think and it all ends well with them two together :)
I'm not sure, but its in volume 22. but just Read it!!! It's the best manga ever in my opinion, and it gets a whole lot better in the last few volumes.

kyo and tohru end up together, they end up kissing twice in the book, and they move far away together. but then the last few pages show tohru and kyo when they have already came back and they are an older couple, and it shows their granddaughter. they had a son, because in the middle of the book a "fill in the blank sketch" showed kyo and their son. then yuki and machi end up together^_^

Also, it is a bit wrong to say that in the anime Kagura was only a litte jealous of Tohru when they first met since, in the episode where Tohru discovers Kyo's "true form", Kagura sees her chase after Kyo. Certainly Tohru shows a higher level of concern than simply "mothering love" there and Kagura doesn't appear after that either (so she is probably jealous).
