Tim Burton spent a lot of time unsurprisingly in a graveyard close to his house and staying up late watching Horror movies. his was misunderstood and was into dark though he doesn't see himself as dark. Tim was in school and local swimming teams. he made stop motion animation films with action figurines and short movie with friends in the garage . his mum or mom owned a cat themed giftshop. he admired Vincent price. All this is strongly influenced in his movies today.
