Well, depends on how you look at it. The Telos Holocron contained many information from Darth Bane, Sidious, Ajunta Pall, and many others. But I doubt that Bane actually "possessed" it. But from what I know, he did have a holocron of his own.

Darth Bane dies on the planet Ambria after being mortally wounded in a battle with his former apprentice, Darth Zannah. He ultimately dies in Zannah's arms, passing on his legacy of the Rule of Two to her.

Darth Bane is obviously more powerful. He obtained almost all Sith-Holocrons and created the "Rule of Two". Besides, Darth Bane started as a Sith and died a Sith. Krayt started as a Jedi.
