Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace
Star Wars: Episode II - Attack Of The Clones
Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge Of The Sith
Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope
Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back
Star Wars: Episode VI - Return Of The Jedi
Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens
In order of release (the episode numbers give the internal chronology):
The six live-action movies:
Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (originally just titled "Star Wars")
Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back
Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi
(a long hiatus)
Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace
Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
An animated movie (Star Wars: The Clone Wars) was released in theatres after all the live-action movies (so far). In the internal chronology, it would fit between Episodes II and III.
Finally, to mess things up even further, there have been some made-for-TV Star Wars shows that might or might not count collectively as "movies". I'm not even going to attempt to give a real-world chronology for most of these, as they're all over the map in strange and overlapping ways.
There was an animated television series called Clone Wars/The Clone Wars. In internal chronology it's set between Episodes II and III and overlaps to some extent with the Clone Wars animated movie.
There was another Animated TV Series called Star Wars:Droids. It was set between Episodes III and IV.
The Star Wars Holiday Special (part animated, part live action) was set between Episodes IV and V.
The Ewok Adventure (released theatrically in Europe under the title Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure) was a made-for-TV live-action movie set between Episodes V and VI.
Ewoks: The Battle for Endor was a made-for-TV live-action movie set shortly after The Ewok Adventure but still before Episode VI.
Finally finally, there is apparently a live-action series scheduled to come to TV sometime in 2012. It will reportedly be set between Episodes III and IV.
I've excluded the various Star Wars Video Games and Expanded Universe novels from the list, because I'd like to have a life.
