SpongeBob SquarePants is a sponge who lives under the sea. His friends are Mr.Krabs (the krusty old crab who is cheap),Squidward (a sour squid), Sandy Cheeks (a smart squirrel), and Patrick Star ( a sea star who is lazy and is Spongebob's best friend). His enemy is Plankton. Some other minor characters are Gary the Snail (Spongebob's pet snail) and Larry the Lobster (The volley-ball loving lobster who is the lifeguard at Bikini Bottom's beach, Goo Lagoon). Spongebob works at the famous restaurant The Krusty Krab, where they make the delicious Krabby Patties. Plankton is always trying to steal the secret Krabby Patty recipe so that he can make his restaurant successful. Mr. Krabs makes the price of everything on his menu very expensive. Patrick lives under a rock, Spongebob lives in a pineapple, Sandy lives in a tree dome, Squidward lives in an Easter Island statue, Plankton lives in his always empty and unsuccessful restaurant, The Chum Bucket (with his wife, who is a computer) and Mr.Krabs lives in an anchor.
