It depends where in Canada you are. But in general, I believe Canada to be colder because some of Nunavut's islands are extremely close to the North Pole. Closer to the North pole than Greenland. As well, a greater amount of area is close to the North Pole than Greenland it to the North Pole. I may not be 100% right about this though.
