It depends where in Canada you are. But in general, I believe Canada to be colder because some of Nunavut's islands are extremely close to the North Pole. Closer to the North pole than Greenland. As well, a greater amount of area is close to the North Pole than Greenland it to the North Pole. I may not be 100% right about this though.

They do not share a land border but they are adjacent. Greenland is on one side of Baffin Bay, and the Canadian Islands of Ellesmere is on the other side just a few kilometres apart.
