There is no true ending yet since there will be more novels coming out. What's happened so far is that "Courtney" had told the other girls to come back with her to her house, that's where they discover that the girl who died, the one who they all called Alison was actually the twin, Courtney. The real Alison was now with them at her house and was planning on killing them all in revenge. Luckily they were able to escape along with Spencer's sister, Melissa. The real Alison supposedly died in the fire but they werent sure. Alison killed Courtney after she got tired of Courtney pretending to be her. Soon it seemed like all the damage was resolved, and the girls' lives became peaceful, but somewhere, a girl was enrolled in a highschool. Her name was the perfect anagram of Alison Dilaurentis. (that's it so far.)
