If your talking about The elder scrolls 4 will-o-wisp have resistance to normal weapons so use a silver or daedric weapon. if I'm not right look it up on uespwiki :D
I don't see how you PS3 USB does not connect to the internet and it is for a PC and not a PS3
yes you can use it, i use one made for cellphones, ita plantronics and it works perfectly
Not a Dual Shock 3 PS3 controller
If it has an internet port for a ethernet cable plug it into the box and into the back of the PS3. If it is supposed to be WiFi then use you PS3 to search for the signal and then use auto to establish the connection using the PS3 network connections
No, I don't believe so. The ability to use the developers console is only open to the PC gamers.
You can use DOSBox, Windows or Windows XP
Use this FAQ, http://guides.gamepressure.com/theelderscrolls4oblivion/guide.asp?ID=856 If that doesn't help, I remember you have to push a button that's through a gate to do it.
No, Dragonspeak is not a real language, but rather a fictional language created for use in the game "The Elder Scrolls." The Elder Scrolls is an role-playing video game series.
Yes, you can use the elder scrolls online pre-order explorers pack code on any disc on PS4.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is not included with the expansion pack, but you must have the original game to use the expansion pack.
You use them to enchant or recharge magical items.

"The Elder Scrolls: Arena" is available for PC - but on DOS sofware. However, a limited release PC re-issue was made & released in 2005. It has a program called "DOSBox" on it which allows DOS (and other old software) games to run on XP, Vista, 7 etc.! I recommend u look for it on eBay.(sorry about the large text, WikiAnswers works so stupidly)"The Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall" - I think there is a re-issue. Hopefully there is, but I am not sure."The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind" is available for PC and X-Box."The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion" is available for PC, X-Box 360 & PlayStation 3.Other games..."The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard" is available for DOS PC. No re-issue, so instead run DOSBox (download it or use it from the re-issues for Arena and Daggerfall), and follow instructions online. Just Google it."An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire" is the same as before."The Elder Scrolls Travels: Shadowkey" is available for the old N-Gage - however there is a little fan flutter about a bootleg PSP re-issue."The Elder Scrolls Travels: Shadowkey" and"The Elder Scrolls Travels: Dawnstar" are available for Mobile Phones, but require Java to run.
Modern systems will need to use a program called DOSBOX to run it, try using that.
Yes, but it is done a different way. Go to your Inventory. Look for scrolls. The number of scrolls you have will decide how many of the item you want to be duplicated. double click on the scrolls then go to the item you want duplicated and drop it. it should make a stack of them. if not....to bad :P
You may only use cheat codes on the PC but thats all I know :P
