Well first of all if you have fast uploading speed it actually increases your download but here's what to do if you have a slow internet connection go to utorrent preferences click on bandwith tab on the left and then on the bottom where it says "Number of upload slots per torrent" replace whatever number is in there with 0.

You don't type it at all. Torrent files, as far as I know, cannot be passworded. The files inside a torrent though, can be passworded using programs such as WinRaR. You can download and use WinRar for free, and then you right-click on your folder, click 'add to (foldername).rar' and it will create a .rar folder for you which can then be passworded.
You can get an invite to almost all torrent sites here: http://www.torrentauction.comORNo, try http://airtehcenter.blogspot.com, the admin is a friend of mine, he said it will maybe upload it so you can easy download it directly in avi format.
To seed you just keep the torrent file in your application with it still on green (means that you're uploading) - this also means you can't move the file(s) to another part of your hard drive unless you relocate using the application, If you want to really reassure yourself that you're seeding, open a saved torrent file from your hard drive into your application. When the options come up, uncheck everything so you won't download. Since it won't be downloading, it will immediately go on to seeding. Average uploaders request a 1:1 upload - say you've just got a 120MB file, you're expected to upload atleast that same amount. Although the recommended would be 2:1, especially if its a relatively new torrent.
A .torrent file is not an audio file. iPods cannot play .torrent files.
When you are finished downloading do not stop the torrent. You just need to have a full copy of the original files, and be connected to a tracker that hosts that torrent. If you want to upload or share a never-before-seen or new torrent, then you'll have to find a tracker to host/distribute your torrent. thepiratebay.org has free logins and then you can upload.
to upload it to torrent sites
Once you are uploading the torrent, you become a leecher. Your Bittorrent client will show you how much of the torrent is uploaded/downloaded. Obviously, your downloads will complete first, and then if you wish you could keep uploading the rest of the file. Once the upload is complete, you become a 'seeder', so other people can download from you.Though, you may also be talking about uploading your own torrent to a torrent listing website. For that, visit any popular torrent search engine which allows you to upload (e.g. isohunt.com, mininova.com etc.)
Initially in a torrent if there are no active member the server, or person who initialized the torrent will wait until there are peers to download the file, upload the file to them, who in turn then become seeds.
Right clik on the torrent that you want to stop seeding, then select clik on the stop. You will see a 'Finished' in place of 'seeding' if its completely downloaded torrent, otherwise 'Stopped'. U can also remove the torrent after completion by selecting 'remove' when u right click the torrent.

The minute you upload a torrent, ( providing you have a tracker, or have uploaded to a site that has a tracker ) you are seeding. A seed is any person that has 100% of the file, and is uploading. All other downloaders are called leeches. When you upload a file yourself, you are the first and only seeder until someone reaches 100%
