first you get the strength hm from solceon town (sorry wrong spelling)its in the tower south from the town when you get it teach it to a Pokemon and go to clesetic town and go in the cave west of it then go north in the cave and bring some repels and just continue till you get to the snow then follow the track to snowpoint city and DON'T FORGET TO GET THE HM ON THE SNOW SOMEWHERE CLOSE TO A HOUSE WITH A HIKER INSIDE then head north and youll find it
