You have to go through the Torn World/Distoration World.
If you need help getting there,
1. Buy lots of healing remedies since you have a lot of Pokemon you will face. Also buy at least 50 ultra balls for catching Giratina, unless you want to use your Master Ball. Also have Pokemon that know Surf, Strength, Rock Smash and Rock Climb with you.
2. Enter Mt. Corrent in Osberge City
3. Go through the many tunnels and battle the Galatic Grunts as you Go
4. After battling Commander Mars and Commander Jupiter an entrance to the Torn World will appear.
5. Go through the obstacles until you meet with Cyrus (I don't know all of them since I cant get past the Strength Obstacle). Battle Cyrus, then save your game. Next is Giratina.
6. Battle Giratina with your strongest Pokemon at first, and also have a Pokemon on hand that can put it to sleep. If you kill Giratina but you wanted to keep it, just restart your DS and continue your saved game.
