How do you get hired by Disney channel?

Well you find an audition for whatever you want an if its in New York then whenever the date is you go and you would sing or act or dance or whatever and if the happen to pick you then you'll write another song to be on TV and the people will put it on TV for you. If they don't then you'll have to keep trying.

I think the best way to become a singer for Disney channel is to get an agent and land an acting audiion and ask them if you gothe part if any singing would be invoved or ask before the audtion and if not ask if i could be possible
