The way I got it was to get it through Mystery Gift. Another way is to get Pokemon Ranger and migrate it to Pokemon Diamond. It comes in egg form.
You must have a Pokemon Ranger game and beat the game. Then complete 'Rescue the Egg' on the Ranger Net missions and then you can send the Manaphy egg to Diamond.
In Pokemon Diamond, Manaphy is a Pokemon which needs to be transfered from Pokemon Ranger. Once you have finished the main plot of Pokemon Ranger, and unlocked Ranger Net, open the main screen of Ranger Net and hold R, X and the left button. This should bring up a password screen. If you begin the transfer of the Manaphy egg when Pokemon Diamond is on the opening menu, Diamond will recognise the transmission and accept the egg. Once the egg is successfully transferred, walk into any PokeMart to find a man dressed in green. He will hand the Manaphy egg to you.
the only right way to get a manaphy is to et it from Pokemon ranger and to do that you need to have to dss one Pokemon diamond and one Pokemon rangerthen you go to the union room in Pokemon diamond and in Pokemon ranger you need to complete the mission manaphy egg the you go to the profesor snd then trad it into your Pokemon diamond then you run around until it hatches
