you cant on Xbox 360 but on ps3 there is a glitch to get 7 guns ill tell you how:first get jugger nog then go to the mystery box (if its next to the box)
then try and get to the box in time like i did then but first start the mystery box it allows you to swap the bottle hope this helps :)
This is my way. its easier bcuz u dont need to buy a perk u can do it 4 free. well, apart from the 950 of the box. get 2 guns u like and get a teammate to down themself with a grenade next to the box. then buy the box and while it scrolls thru weapons start to revive them. when the gun stops u should still be reviving. then double tap the use button (square for ps3) and you trade the syringe for a gun. hope this helped too.
There is an update for black ops that is recent that on all zombie maps, there is a new perk called mule kick that allows you to get three guns. But if you go down, you lose mule kick and whatever gun that is in your third slot

Speed Cola (makes you run, reload, and build gates faster than normal) Double Tap Rootbeer ( gives your guns rapid fire. It also allows you to pull the tigger faster on non-automatic guns; pistol, china lake, ect) Quick Revive (This perk changes depending on what game type you are playing. On solo mode, once you go down you become armed with 2 pistols that shoot exploding bullets and after 10 seconds you are automatically revived. If you are playing with teammates this perk will allow you to pick up downed teammates faster) In late 2011 a new perk was added to kino der toten Mule Kick ( which allows you to hold 3 weapons)

Unfortunately what your seeing is correct. The Quick Revive bar goes away only on solo after 3 times of use. As people know solo is easier and its a way of getting the game to be harder. Hope my info helped!
