Ralts will evolve in lv.20 to Kirlia and you must choose between two pokemons:
Gaurdevoir or Gallade
to make Gaurdevoir, you need to lv it up to lv.30 and it will evolve automatically
to make Gallade, you need to use dawn stone (only male Kirlia can become Gallade)
I personally suggest you make you Ralts into Gallade
I am pretty sure you just need to level it up to about 30~ and then it will evolve
ralts evolves at level 20. If you have a girl ralts level it up to 30 and it wil turn into a gardevior. But if it's a boy, us a dawn stone on it and it will evolve into a gallade.
at level 20 it evolves to kirlia and at 30 gardevoir but if you have a dawn stone it can evolve into gallade but only male raltz can be a gallade.
