You can't catch them. Hoenn and Kanto are different regions of the Pokemon world. Pal Park is really annoying, cuz you have to supply the Pokemon by migrating. i think migrating works when you have a DS game like Platinum, and a GBA game like Ruby in the ds at the same time. then i think an option comes up that asks if you want to migrate. i don't know. i don't have any GBA games.
