They are different in many ways including, size, donkeys are monogastric while goats are polygastric. Goats have horns, split hooves, can give birth to more than one offspring. Goats cannot be used for farm work and cannot be ridden. Donkeys are used for the protection of goat and sheep herds, unlike goats, they are able to scare off predators.
