Ponyboy likes to read books, watch movies, and watch sunsets. Pony is quite differtent than the other greasers, for example:
-Dally's hobby is to try to break laws and get into fights.
-Two-Bit makes a joke out of anything.
-Darry is just too busy with his jobs.
-Sodapop and Steve weren't still enough to watch a movie or read a book.
-Johnny is the one who is most similar to Ponyboy, he was also interested in "Gone with the Wind" and stayed to watch the sunset with Pony while Pony said the "Nothing Gold Can Stay" poem.

Why is Ponyboy afraid of some of the other greasers at the rumble?
Ponyboy needed to be at the rumble to show his solidarity with his fellow greasers. The greasers stood together as brothers against the society that looked down upon them much as low income youngsters do today. It was important that he participated in the fight to prove his loyalty.
Why do ponyboy and the greasers feel differenr from others?
Because they are more emotional than the others. They get upset easier and don't really enjoy doing the things that the other greasers do.
How were ponyboy and his brother different from other hoods or greasers?
They only fight when they have to. They don't go around jumping people like the other Greasers do. They also care more about friendship and family. And they have a better understanding of loyalty.
How is P onyboy different from the Socs and the greasers?
Ponyboy is very smart and can make something of himself unlike other greasers. And he does not fit in with the socs because he does not come from money and that he "acts" like a greaser.
