Yes, Bella and Edward do get married and Bella does get pregnant and have a child in,Breaking Dawn. See, when you're a vampire, you don't die, you don't sleep, you basically don't do anything. You're body stops. But when you are human, you eat, you sleep, your body needs to live. So while Edward and Bella are on their honeymoon, Edward gets Bella pregnant and she is dieing because the baby is half vampire and is killing her on the inside. The baby is pretty much eating Bella alive and Bella needs blood for the baby to survive. So when she's having the baby Jacob tries to keep her heart pumping and Edward puts his venom into her heart and spreads it in her body to save her. In Eclipse, Edward keeps on bugging her to marry him until they make a deal that if they get married and Edward can get her a new car, pay for college, and other things then he agreed to change her.
