- NO, at this time a passport is not required for travel to Mexico and/or Canada, but it is highly recommended. If traveling without a passport, you will need your original birth certificate and a state issued photo ID
- You do not need one at the present time (5-05), but there is a new law going into effect that you will need a passport to Mexico and Canada in the near future. No visas are needed for these countries.
