Absolutely yes and depends, men grow until 21-22, in fact i heard about a Basketball player( can't remember who) who increased his height in 29cm from 19's to 21's (1.73 cm before: 202 cm after), also swimming, volleyball and basketball can help to increase your height!! or stretching exercises.

What are the changesduring the period of puberty?

They are hormonal in both boys and girls. But the hormonal milieu that causes the changes is very different. Boys get an imcrease in Testosterone, Growth Hormone, IGF-1and a slight increase in estrogen. The effects increased strength, size, height, weight, body hair, pubic hair, facial hair, deepening of the voice etc. Girls grow breasts, get their period, grow in height, and increase strength but not to the extent boys do.

What is maximum age for increasing height for boys?

When your voice gets deeper and hairs grow on the face and other places its means your height is going to stop in a little while. But height grows till the age of 18. For some peoples height grows after 18 and for some it stops before 18.

Why are girls shorter than boys?

Differences in height between boys and girls are primarily due to genetic factors. Boys tend to have a growth spurt during puberty that results in them being taller on average than girls. Additionally, hormonal differences between boys and girls can also impact overall growth and height.
