It is true that the store is closing; sad for those that love to shop there but true! Write to the Mall, write to the CEO of QVC, write to anyone that cares enough to keep this open. Someone in the store said their lease was up when I overheard talk. So, why wouldn't the mall sign a year to year lease with them? It's not as if they're not good for it! I'll miss it. We go there every quarter just to get our "fix" and will miss it terribly.
The exact time that Justice closes on Mondays will depend upon the individual store. If the store is in a mall it will close around 9 pm.
It says .... Open on one side and shut on the other

There is not, and its rather unfortunate. Although, in the last few years the mall has added a very large Coach store, a Burberry store and a couple other high-end boutiques. If the current trend continues and Juicy continues to grow/be popular, I wouldn't be surprised if they added a store in Bloomington, MN.
Yes there is.
