I'm almost half Cherokee, I live in Michigan, my grandma didn't speak any of the language, can you translate these phrases in Tsalagi-wash your hands and running fox, thanks

also if possible the how to pronounce them if you can, I know its not traditional, but an elder of one of the tribes here gave my son the name running fox, I'd love to be able to call him, the way my ancestors would have
