Arkansas has mandatory education to the age of 17. Once they reach that age they could be allowed to leave school with parental permission. It doesn't make good sense for the parents or the child to drop out before they have the education to obtain even the most basic jobs.
No. You are not proving yourself to be a responsible adult and parent-to-be and no court would emancipate you now. Everyone who helps you can get charged with aiding a runaway, a federal offense. If someone helped you run away they can get charged with kidnapping. And the CPS will be interested in you as a parent if you are on the run.
