Answer- You are able to write a sequel to breaking dawn, although, you would not be able to get it published unless you had special permission from Stephenie Meyer as the stories and ideas are copyrighted. You would be able to write it for yourself.

Unless Meyer completes Midnight Sun, its doubtful unless someone purchases the rights to the story and Meyer is willing to sell it. Also it's doubtful that Midnight Sun could be made into a film as it would simply be a different take on Twilight with many scenes being the same.

It is possible however to create an additional film from the Eclipse novella: The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner, although the film would be quite short. Perhaps it could be made into a TV movie.

No, but Stephenie Meyer has created a book off of the series, called the short lived second life of bree and was going to make midnight sun which is twilight in Edwards point of view.

Breaking Dawn is supposed to be the final book in the twilight series.

Not the story get broken into 2 because it is so long it will not fit into one movie , there will be a breaking dawn one what comes out on the 18th of noverber 2011 in the movies

and breaking dawn part 2 comes out on the 16th of nover in 2012 in the movies

There might be a movie after Breaking Dawn but it will most likely be another version of Twilight (from Edward's perspective) that Stephenie Meyer is rumored to be writing.
