Did you try the settings? Go on the internet with your ps3 and type in www.ps3regionrestriction.com.... it will let you format your ps3 so you can play any game from any country... by the way you can only go to that site on a ps3 <<READ THE LAST BIT If you do not have a PS3 with 4 USB ports the reason it will not play your games is not related to region restriction and is one of Backward Compatibility. Yes it's good enough I have 370kbps down and 120kbps upload and I play fine on MW2 (360 Version) but on PS3 I play Resistance 2 (60 players) killzone 2 (32 players) just fine..hardly any lag.. hope that helps..
