Actually there is no code for that but there are ways of getting that cheat. You see that cheat comes already on the Action Replay. The cheat will give you 999 of any Item or Poke Ball you want. After you save the game, you don't need the Action Replay to have 999 of whatever. The Action Replay also comes with the cheat "Walk Through Anything". But you have to be careful with that one.
