Under the seat. In the front on the left - it is a small 1" X 1/2" rectangular box.
The turn signal flasher relay on the 1999 Honda Odyssey is located under the driver-side dashboard. The relay is tucked near the cabin fuse box.
behind the right side cover.
Check the fuel pump relay.
Under the right side cover. it is the relay on the back side of the bracket with the five wire harness attached. It says turn signal relay on the back side of the relay. you will see it when you take it off.
The turn signal/hazard light relay is directly behind the fuse box. its about an 1 1/2" wide and about 2" long and its black.

The flasher is the turn signal relay and it is located on the drivers side, under the dash, above the fuse block, mounted on the kick panel. Buy a new one so you will know what you are looking for.
the left turn signal light on my ridgeline does not work but the right side works
its right above the kick panel the first black relay if you pull it out it says turn signal on the panel

underneath the steering wheel. it should be to the left of the fuses and whatnot.
The turn signal hazard relay is located in the left hand kick panel,in the fuse relay block. There are about 6 relays in block. should be in the bottom row, left side.
The turn signal relay is located just behind the battery holder, you can simply pull it off by tugging on it to the rear of the bike.
