There are two drain plugs on the underside of the transmission pan. The one closest to the left side of the bike is for motor oil and the one closest to the right side is for transmission oil.
The motor oil filler is the large cap just above the transmission on the right side of the bike and the transmission filler is a plug with a hex hole on the front side of the transmission end cover, also on the right side of the bike.
The Drain plug is at the bottom back of the Primary. After Drianing the old oil remove the bonnet cover and add one OT of Oil.

if u look under at the motor ,right in the middle looks like a oil pan, in the middle of the pan is a plug ,that is for the tranny , but on the rear left side of the pan is a drain plug, that's for the motor oil.

The primary oil drain Plug on my 98 FXDWG is loacated under the primary outer chain case to the rear of the case, just look under and you will see a plug. my plug is a torx type head so needless to say I use a torx bit to remove it when I drain the oil.
There is no such bike. In '92 there was an FXR Super Glide, an FXDC Dyna Glide Custom, or an FXDB Dyna Daytona. Do you mean oil drain plug? If the bike is, indeed a Dyna, there's a plug on the bottom of the oil tank which is below the transmission. If it's an FXR the drain hose for the oil tank is under the left side plastic cover.
The oil drain plug on a Harley Davidson 003 Dyna Wide Glide is located on the left side of the oil drain pan. The right side contains the transmission drain plug.
